  •  Download and Install Microsoft Online Services Sign-In Assistant
  • Download  and install Windows Azure AD using Windows PowerShell

If you receive error when trying to install Windows Azure Active Directory Module for Windows PowerShell, Try this

How to connect to office365:

Open Powershell as Administrator

First of all type:  set-executionpolicy remotesigned and Press Y

When credentials dialogue box pops up enter the username and password  of the account which as admin access., it is usually admin@domain.onmicrosoft.com address. You can also use other account  which has “Organisation Management” admin role

Type following

$cred=get-credential

$Session = New-PSSession -ConfigurationName Microsoft.Exchange -ConnectionUri https://ps.outlook.com/powershell/ -Credential $LiveCred -Authentication Basic -AllowRedirection

import-pssession $session

connect-msolservice -credential $cred
